Description: Neil the Seal — fast asleep in the middle of a road, lying along the painted white centre line. Flat graphic design with strong silhouettes that reads well even at a small size. Famous for stealing traffic cones and treating parked cars as furniture, Neil turned a quiet corner of Tasmania into a global talking point. Made for fans of Tasmania, Australian wildlife and funny chonky ocean animals.
