Description: Memento mori: Skull and soul as something like a butterfly with aheel of fortune. The butterfly as image of the soul is in stark contrast to death’s head. Both sit above the wheel of fortune. The wheel of fortune “can make the rich (symbolized by the purple cloth on the left) poor and the poor (symbolized by the goatskin at right) rich.” Contemplating the ephemeral of life as represented in the image, we realize that both states are very precarious, with death never far and life hanging by a thread: when it breaks, the soul (symbolized by the butterfly) flies off. And thus are all made equal” Digital collage elaboration from fragments of mural painting and mosaics from Pompeii,In 1st century BC,: Digital collage, elaboration and design by B

Description: Embark on a journey with 'Ephemeral Touch': a hand emerging from the ocean depths reaches for a glowing neon heart. This artwork captures the transient beauty of human connection, a visual poem on fleeting moments that resonate in the soul. Contemplate the delicate dance of water and light, exploring the interplay between the tangible and intangible.
Description: 🥀 EPHEMERAL // Nothing Lasts Forever Beauty is fleeting, and so is time. Designed for the quiet dreamers, the moody souls, and those who find deep comfort in the beauty of what passes. Featuring a faded, cold-toned rose rooted in bold contrast, this piece isn't just a graphic—it’s a reminder that every moment, no matter how brief, holds its own weight. Wear the mood. Own the moment.
Description: A dark fantastic fearful tree. A mythic fantastical landscape. Done with charcoal, charcoal powder, and ink on paper, photographed and then uploaded to the computer. I haven't manipulated the image through any image program. Fine art tree done in a dark fantasy style. There is an ethereal ephemeral atmosphere (hence the title - i hate coming up with titles, but it's good for SEO you know?). That's also why I'm writing this long paragraph that over explains and perhaps takes away the image and hopefully you aren't reading this. Dark surrealism, dark fantasy, sort of a Labyrinth vibe is something that I would like to do more in the future. Something that isn't cartoon, isn't realistic, but hits something in a separate category.

Description: Denis Diderot: What is this world? A complex whole, subject to endless revolutions. All these revolutions show a continual tendency to destruction; a swift succession of beings who follow one another, press forward, and vanish; a fleeting symmetry; the order of a moment. I reproached you just now with estimating the perfection of things by your own capacity; and I might accuse you here of measuring its duration by the length of your own days. You judge of the continuous existence of the world, as an ephemeral insect might judge of yours. The world is eternal for you, as you are eternal to the being that lives but for one instant. Yet the insect is the more reasonable of the two...
