Hwatu Cards

Description: This t-shirt features a five-panel reinterpretation of the 光/광 (Gwang) cards from Hwatu — the most recognized and highest-value cards in the deck. Instantly familiar to many Koreans, these images recall late-night games, holiday gatherings, and the quiet tension of waiting for the right draw. Each panel represents a different form of light: the rain traveler, the cherry blossom curtain, the crane and sun, the full moon, and the phoenix. Together they form 5光 — a rare, powerful combination associated with luck, clarity, and completion.
