Description: Dazzle camouflage used complex geometric patterns to mislead enemy submarines rather than hide from them. Invented during World War I, these high-contrast shapes broke up a ship's silhouette. This distortion made it difficult for enemy operators to estimate the ship's speed, heading, and distance, causing torpedoes to miss.
Description: Show your pride for the historic USS Slater volunteer crew. This design features restoration tools and the motto Better Than It Was, perfect for navy veterans and ship restoration enthusiasts.
