Orinoco Goose Cards
Main Tag:
Description: Design made from a picture of an Orinoco goose. The text reads: They are members of the duck, goose and swan family Anatidae and are resident breeders in the forests of tropical South America. This is a largely terrestrial species, which will also perch readily in trees. It rarely swims or flies unless hard pressed. In flight it looks heavy, more like a goose than a duck, hence the English name. The male has a high pitched whistling call, and the female cackles like the related Egyptian goose.
