I did this whilst studying hyper realism and really enjoyed using my pencil colours to create this gorgeous transparency, and using an eraser to get that shine. I love drawing these gorgeous sweets and making them look almost like you could eat the page!

Description: During the 1970s, when daredevil stunt shows were all the rage, few spectacles could match the fiery excitement of a motorcycle soaring through the infamous “Flaming Ring of Death.” Popularized by the era’s larger-than-life stunt riders, the stunt involved launching a motorcycle off a ramp and through a towering hoop engulfed in flames, hopefully emerging on the other side with eyebrows intact. Inspired by the death-defying exploits of nationally known riders, motorcycle stuntmen everywhere began incorporating flaming hoops into performances at county fairs, racetracks, and traveling thrill shows across America. The stunt was as much about showmanship as it was about riding skill, roaring engines, and blazing fire!
