Young Cat Cards
Description: Cat Stevens Oh Very Young A striking portrait features Cat Stevens both as he was as a young man and as he is today. In between we have a wonderful legacy of his fantastic music. The background uses bold abstract patterns and colors to create a dynamic composition. The vibrant purples and ochres represent the passion of when he burst onto the musical scene in the seventies and the gentler more pastel colours represent the calmness and wisdom that comes with age. Inspired by his wonderful song: Oh Very Young
Description: The inspiration for this design was the image of a samurai warrior. He is strong and direct in his thoughts and intentions, standing erect and ready to use his deadly katana sword. These traits of character, in our opinion, add up a heroic character, which is a symbol of the golden era of heroes and great people who can change themselves and the world around them for the better. And the white young master cat is ready to walk the path that lies ahead with dignity and spirit.

Description: Postcard Records was a British, Glasgow-based independent record label founded by Alan Horne in 1979, as a vehicle for releases by Orange Juice and Josef K. The label's motto was "The Sound of Young Scotland",[1] a parody/tribute to the Motown motto; its logo featured a cartoon cat beating a drum. Although short-lived, Postcard was a key influence on the C81 and the later C86 indie-pop movements.
