(1970s, reboot 1990s) RUn out of Boston's PBS station, this classic tv show told kids to send a SASE ( self addressed stamped envelope ) to Zoom so they could answer without paying for postage. For some kids, this show is as much a part of childhood life as Sesame / Electric company.

ZOOM - AH - ZOOM - AH - ZOOM • Authentic, Distressed - Zoom is a half-hour educational television program, created almost entirely by children, which aired on PBS originally from January 9, 1972 to March 24, 1978, with reruns being shown until September 12, 1980. It was originated and produced by WGBH-TV in Boston.Inspired by educational shows like Sesame Street and The Electric Company, but designed to give the kids who watched it a voice without adults on screen, it was, for the most part, unscripted. Far from seeking to make stars of the child performers, their contracts prohibited them from making any television appearances or doing commercials for three years after they left the show.

The Great Space Coaster was a live action children's television show that was broadcast in first-run syndication from 1981 to 1986. The show was about three young singers who are brought to a habitable asteroid in space called Coasterville by a clown named Baxter who pilots the "space coaster," a roller coaster-like spaceship. The asteroid is populated by strange-looking, wise-cracking puppet characters such as Goriddle Gorilla, Knock Knock the Woodpecker, Edison the Elephant, and Gary Gnu (host of "The Gary Gnu Show"). Baxter is forever on the run from M.T. Promises, a nefarious ringmaster who plans to re-capture Baxter and return him to the circus he worked at before he escaped. Each episode ended with a different life lesson.

If you were a tween in the '90s, you're probably no stranger to All That, and making sure you didn't miss the new episode each week. The pilot was originally shown as a special "sneak peek" on April 16, 1994, with the show officially debuting as a regular series on December 24 the same year. The series featured original short comedic sketches and weekly musical guests aimed toward a tween audience. Its sketches parodied contemporary culture, and the series received widespread acclaim for its diverse cast and overall impact on children's television.

The Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show was a live-action comedy show that premiered in 1974 and ran on Saturday mornings as part of a larger block of children's programming. In each half-hour episode, the Hudson Brothers would entertain with musical performances and numerous comedy segments.
