Christopher’s World, by Jackie Carpenter. Christopher’s World is a personalized painting that was created for a large Mural at The Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas. During the painting for the mural Jackie had a little great nephew born who is named Christopher. Christopher was born with a rare condition with the vessels of his heart being on the wrong side of his chest. Christopher underwent an open heart surgery when just days old. This sweet little soul has been a fighter since day one and so as a tribute to this little superhero once the mural was finished as per request, Jackie went back and put in more details that were meant for Christopher.
