Illustration from the Great War Vol 10 published in 1918. Illustrating the tale of a British plane hit by a German shell that was falling out of control until the observer walked onto the wing & used his weight to rebalance the plane allowing the pilot to regain control & return to base. Please note with regard to scanned antique prints there may be some age related marks or faults from the originals which will show also on any print ordered.
