Let's be real. This machine only metaphorically kills imaginary fascists. Hey, but it was a fun fantasy for boomers living in the shadow of the Great Generation who actually killed real fascists. The origin of this meme was a pre hippy called Woody Gutherie who stuck "this machine kills fascists" on his guitar. I suppose the idea was that fascists were so uncool they would literally die if they heard some weedy hippy plinking away at his six string. The meme, like so many, spawned a million imitators.
