I have some mental health issues, and I know so many others out there also suffer from things like depression and anxiety. For those that are, this is for you. This is something that has been helping me, instead of worrying about how much I haven't done or still need to do, I celebrate the small things, the good things, that I've done. Like getting out of bed, getting enough sleep, making food, taking a shower, completing some chores, and reaching small goals. Breaking it down like that has helped improve my mood a bit.
