Crisp Morning Light, Hvar Crewneck Sweatshirt

I was on a cruise, leaving from Split, down the Dalmatian coast. Our first port of call was the medieval town of Hvar on the island of Hvar. Cruising doesn't give you much time at each port, so I quickly set out to find the real Hvar, away from the tourist traps. The town is beyond picturesque and the crisp morning Adriatic light made it all the more so. This image is captured along one of the quiet lanes above the main harbour. I was really drawn to the beautifully constructed limestone houses. It was clear that the prosperity brought to the town from tourism had enabled the townspeople to maintain it in pristine condition. I love the image for its unhurried feeling, and I hope you do too!
