I worked in the iconic Hacienda (FAC51) for several years in the early 90's. Now that The Haçienda is touring around the world and playing classic tracks through a live orchestra, I thought that this was a perfect design to commemorate the epic times I had there. The industrial stripes and the “USE HEARING PROTECTION” graphic are iconic for the clubs identity. A Classical design easily recognised by those in the know. Cool, modern and iconic. Just like The Haçienda.

This accurately detailed drawing is to commemorate this beloved building on Whitworth Street, Manchester. This building was known as The Haçienda. The windows, the fantastic colours, the massive delivery entrance and even the famous brick by the main entrance are all represented. The sky reflects the many early summer mornings that were ready to carry all of the partys that followed the night before. This is a very rare piece. The building is gone for ever. But the love lives on.
