I have always been fascinated by Rubber hose animation, It was the first animation style that became standardized in the American animation field. The defining feature of the style is "rubber hose limbs". I enjoy reimagining modern characters in the same classic style.

Hadley's Hope was a human terraforming, research[1] and mining[2] colony that was established on LV-426 in 2157.[3] The settlement was co-financed by the Extrasolar Colonization Administration and the Weyland-Yutani Corporation, and by 2179 maintained a constant population of 158 colonists. It was subject to a major Xenomorph infestation that ultimately all but destroyed the complex.

I'm a big fan of Alien, but I wanted to do something a little different. Instead of relying heavily on The Beast himself, I decided to give the Space Jockey and his spaceship a little love, in addition to my favorite iterations of the Xeno life cycle (the Facehugger and the Chestburster). Sprinkle in some pretty flowers, and we have ourselves a nice, festive homage to one of my favorite movies.

I hope we all learned a valuable lesson about following quarantine protocols.
