SATOR Square [GREY] Hat

The SATOR square, sometimes called the Templar Magic Square, contains an acrostic five-word Latin palindrome. It is thought to be a word puzzle of Roman origin (in ROTAS form) adopted by the early Christians, though some believe it has Jewish origins. Believed by some to hold mystical powers, it remains one of the worlds oldest unsolved puzzles, as scholars are yet to form a consensus on its true meaning.
