Flight Hats
Description: As a member of the Canadian superhero team Alpha Flight, Sasquatch battled the X-Men in an attempt to capture Wolverine. He later battled the Hulk, and then, alongside the Hulk, battled the Wendigo.Alongside Alpha Flight again, he battled the Great Beast Tundra. With Alpha Flight, Namor, and the Invisible Woman, he first encountered the Master of the World. He then battled the Super-Skrull. With Alpha Flight, he battled Omega Flight. Alongside Rom and Alpha Flight, he battled the Dire Wraiths. With Alpha Flight, he went on a mission with the X-Men and clashed with Loki. Sasquatch was becoming increasingly prone to feral rages, making him reluctant to function in a fight.
Description: Galactica-types had large flight decks to support a large compliment of craft, and had three types of craft as standard. The first were Vipers, a one-man air-superiority fighter designed to engage targets beyond both the battlestar's and its target's weapons range, as well as to take on Raiders. The second were Raptors, multipurpose craft able to serve as missile carriers, military transports or electronic warfare platforms. The third were shuttles, designed also to ferry crew between ships. It is presumed that the Galactica-types could support three or four squadrons simultaneously, judging by the size of the flight pods.
Description: To commemorate the 40th anniversary of Concord's first commercial flights on January 21st 1976, I have created a set of illustrations depicting Concord from the first flight in 1969 through to the final flight in 2003. This image set against a classic white background is of 5 variants of my drawings for this series showing a pre-production Concorde of 1969 through to the last livery of 2003.
Description: Oceanic Airlines, and less frequently, Oceanic Airways, is the name of a fictional airline used in several films, television programs, and comic books; typically works that feature plane crashes and other aviation disasters, with which a real airline would prefer not to be associated. The brand is used prominently in the TV series Lost, where Oceanic Airlines is featured branded with a highly stylized logo depicting an Australian Aboriginal dot painting that resembles a nazar, a bullseye, an island, or an "O." The show's fictional storyline begins with the crash of an airline flight called Oceanic Flight 815.
