Harmony House Hats
Description: Harmony House was a beloved Detroit-area music retailer that began in 1947 as a Hallmark Cards store selling records and musical equipment. By the 1970s, it had grown into one of Metro Detroit's most iconic record store chains, reaching 38 locations at its peak. Known for supporting the local music scene and generations of vinyl, cassette, and CD collectors, Harmony House remains a cherished symbol of Detroit music nostalgia. The final store closed in 2004.
