Kiwiana Hats
Description: Celebrate the beauty and uniqueness of New Zealand with our exclusive t-shirt featuring the kiwi bird, the country's iconic symbol. This t-shirt was lovingly designed to highlight the unique elements of New Zealand, or what is often referred to as Aotearoa by its native Maori people. These t-shirts are not just clothing, they are a statement of love and appreciation for New Zealand. The kiwi bird is a unique creature that cannot be found anywhere else, and this t-shirt carries the same spirit of courage and authenticity. Suitable for souvenirs or to add to your everyday clothing collection.
Description: Large Kiwi print designed with koru. The koru (Māori for loop) is a spiral shape based on the shape of a new unfurling silver fern frond and symbolizing new life, growth, strength and peace. It is an integral symbol in Māori art, carving and tattoos. I drew this for a mural a few years ago, thanks to society6 it is getting a new lease on life.
