This delightfully nonexistent establishment is staffed by impeccably dressed animals who sip from fine china, read yesterday’s newspaper and silently judge anyone ordering the vanilla slice. Cool fact: The word “taxidermy” comes from the Greek words taxis, meaning “arrangement,” and derma, meaning “skin”. Which sounds considerably less charming over afternoon tea.
