Description: The US Senate gives the same amount of representation to North Dakota (population 800,000) as it does to California (population 40 million). That's an excessive amount of power for a tiny number of people. This design addresses the issue of the Senate power imbalance by poking fun at the Dakotas and suggesting that maybe they should be merged into one.
