Luc Deveraux, a former marine who served and died for his country in the Vietnam war was selected for the government's UniSol program to be reanimated as a member of the elite counter terrorism unit.

The whole beatdown that Hank, the cook and a bunch of tough patrons got momentarily could have been avoided if Brenda, the waitress had simply waited for Luc's companion, Veronica to return from making a phone call.
