He went west, where all young men his age were drawn. In the west, he met up with a surly bunch of WWII vets that never found home again after the war. Riding with them over the next seven months of his life, Joe Biden shaped his views of what is right, of America's better days ahead, and forged a hammer of justice in the cauldron of his heart. During this time, Joe taught his brother bikers to SKATE, and at this time, the SKATE OR DIE motto was created by the band of brothers. This morphed a bit also into RIDE or DIE, but you get the meaning. Go Joe!
