Dick Allen Products 1965 Hoodie

Dick Allen is somewhat of an obscure legend among real chopper builders. His undying obsession with riding and honing the chopper to sweet perfection led him to create numerous ingenious products, but his hard-partying lifestyle coupled with a lack of entrepreneurship and bad luck prevented him from ever making it as the preeminent chopper builder that he could have been, but maybe that’s the way he wanted it. Upon relocating from Illinois to Los Angeles in 1965, Dick got right to work and created a springer front-end from the ground up instead of just extending stock springers. Sadly, most of his innovations were knocked off by other builders and manufacturers in one way or another before he could scrape together the funding to bring them.
