Misunderstanding with the law 19th Century cartoon by John Leech Hoodie

Illustration from pictures by John Leech (1817-1864) published in 1907. Victorian lady thinks policeman is addressing her not the boy & takes offence. Please note with regard to scanned antique prints there may be some age related marks or faults from the originals which will show also on any print ordered.
