The first two letters are read as "yon-pun" or "shi-bu" and means "4 minutes" or "4 beats". The last two letters are read as "Kyu-Kei" (similar to "QK") and means "break time". Therefore a whole of this word is read as "Yon-Pun-kyu-kei" and means "Take a 4 minutes break". original "Quarter Rest" is "四分休符" (shi-bu-kyu-fu). So this logo is a trivial joke that means "take a break only 4 minutes at the hot spring".
