Description: Ålesund is a town on the west coast of Norway known for the art nouveau architectural style in which most of the town was rebuilt after a fire in 1904. The mountain is Mount Aksla with viewpoints at the top that can be reached by cable car or, if you're energetic, by climbing the 418 steps up the zigzag path to the top.
