It was beautiful with it’s silhouette contrasting on the bright blue light filling the room. I snapped a shot of it and now many years later I’ve integrated it into my blue hexagonal honeycomb pattern that, that moment might live on. I set it free after capturing it with my camera phone but that moment stayed with me and reflecting on a creature that has survived thousands of years it gives me hope in our collective spirit of survival in a world where there be dragons.
