I never knew what I had been missing out on my entire life until I finally came to Georgia. Georgian cuisine is some of the best in the world for the full hearty meal feeling. Potatoes, dumplings, bread, cheese- it doesn't get more satisfying than that. Georgian food is incredibly delicious, and if you can't eat it every day, you might as well wear it! This is a Georgian khinkhali- a dumpling filled with meat, mushrooms, potatoes, or cheese. The words in Georgian say "khinkhali."

I freaking LOVE dim sum, especially shumai. So much so, that I recently drove 2 hours just to get some. These are some adorable versions of my favorite dishes to get: shumai, steamed pork bun, shrimp dumpling, and soup dumpling. Enjoy!
