Hyrax Hoodies
Description: Hyraxes, like many other animals, engage in a wide range of social and sexual behaviors. However, it’s important to understand that labeling animals as "gay" or applying human concepts of sexuality to them is often an oversimplification. Animal behavior doesn't map directly to human sexual identities, but same-sex behaviors have been observed in numerous species.

Description: Black and white animal ink illustration of a baby rock hyrax. Drawn using one of my own photographs as reference, I used Sakura pigma micron marker pens in 003 and 005 to complete this drawing. The rock hyrax, or cape hyrax, rock rabbit or dassie is a medium sized mammal found in Africa and the Middle East. These animals have sandy brown fur with small ears and tails and short legs. They live in large groups and forage as a group, feeding mostly on plants. Although they are very rodent like in appearance this tiny cute species boasts the elephant as it’s closest relative!
