This is part of my ongoing series about animals that went extinct after 1500. The Thylacine may be the most prominent example of a supposed extinct animal. Despite that the last known individual died in 1936 in a Zoo in Hobart/Tasmania, there have been sightings of this marsupial on Tasmania and even Australia where it is thought to be extinct for 3,000 years.

A cute, cartoon kangaroo. It is casting a shadow on the ground as it leaps / hops along. The text above reads Australia, in the same tan colour as the animal. The background is earthy grey, except on the t-shirt where it is off white / grey with feathered edges.
