Observatory Hoodies
Description: I took this shot from the Griffith Observatory where parts of the James Dean movie "A Rebel Without A Cause" was filmed. This place was amazing because it had an awesome view of the city as you can see here. This is an HDR that was taken with -2, 0, +2 exposures and combined in photomatix. I masked through the original pictures to get the look i wanted. I then took the photo to CS5 where i did further editing with OnOne software and nik effex.
Description: A detailed monochrome depiction of a large, bare tree with intricate branches. Small houses and observatories are nestled within the branches, under a large moon. Bubbles float around the tree, and a winding path leads from the foreground. The style is reminiscent of vintage storybook elements.
