Description: The Polish panel block, explained: the OWT-67 large-panel system was built in 5 or 11 storeys, with 14 cm walls and floor slabs. Eleven storeys, one lift, never working; balconies used as storage; a forest of TV antennas on the roof. My own drawing, printed in two flat colors like an old poster.
