Pro Labor Hoodies
Description: Be proud to be a "union thug". Without labor unions, there would be no weekends, minimum wage, paid vacation, 8 hour workdays, social security, pensions, child labor laws, sick leave, overtime pay, work breaks, maternity leave, and more of the labor rights people now take for granted.
Description: This is a little more serious one from my usual tees. I believe deeply in the power of the workers, and the workers will take care of the people. The few have been taking advantage of the many for too long now! It's time for people to rise up and take control. Care for your fellow man! Contact me if you want this in other colors!
Description: Labor unions represent United States workers in many industries recognized under US labor law since the 1935 enactment of the National Labor Relations Act. Their activity today centers on collective bargaining over wages, benefits, and working conditions for their membership, and on representing their members in disputes with management over violations of contract provisions. Larger trade unions also typically engage in lobbying activities and electioneering at the state and federal level. This '70s era design proudly states that "it's all ours!" as workers stand before the extended hand of management passing them the keys.
Description: Rosie the Riveter is a symbol of feminism and Girl power. Rosie was such a strong woman, she was adopted by the Labor Movement. Our Rosie Shirt is the perfect female empowerment or labor movement gift. “Rosie the Riveter” is the name of a fictional character who came to symbolize the millions of real women who filled America’s factories, munitions plants, and shipyards during World War II. In later years, Rosie also became an iconic American image in the fight to broaden women’s civil rights, feminism and labor unions.
Description: Retro Activism: Working Class Labor – This stark editorial image, "The Condition of the Laboring Man at Pullman," captures the relentless grip of corporate greed on the working class. A weighted press—marked "Low Wages" and "High Rent"—crushes an exhausted laborer beneath pillars of monopoly and wage slavery. In its time, Pullman’s exploitative grip forced workers into economic dependence, their pay swallowed by the very company that employed them. Today, echoes of this oppression persist. Healthcare costs, stagnant wages, and unchecked profiteering shape a new kind of subjugation, where survival remains a commodity rather than a right.

Description: "While there is a lower class, I am in it, while there is a criminal element, I am of it, and while there is a soul in prison, I am not free." -Eugene V. Debs (Cofounder of IWW union, or Industrial Workers of the World) -----(I make a couple bucks when these sell, and that money, at least, is going to [somewhere I haven't figured out yet]. It'll be an organization that is reputable and known. I'll edit this when I can think straight and figure out where it goes.)
