Wish House, also called Hope House, is a secluded, Order-run orphanage in the woods outside of Silent Hill, although still located near Toluca Lake.It was built by the "Silent Hill Smile Support Society" (sometimes called 4S), a charity organization for children who lack homes. The orphanage was apparently run by Jimmy Stone and George Rosten. The orphanage was used to raise children in the teachings of the cult. It was here that Walter Sullivan was raised and exposed to the teachings that would spur his ritualistic murders.

Like many horror fans, I'm still bummed about P.T./Silent Hills' demise in 2015. Damn you, Konami! This is my tribute to Lisa, the game's mysterious antagonist. Consider supporting me on BuyMeACoffee for more content.

FUN FACT: They each have an ambiguous red square-shaped substance around their mouth, implying that they have either coughed up blood or have been feeding on a bloody carcass. This substance could be blood, paint, or make-up. The Bubble Head Nurses in Silent Hill 2 also have red squares over their mouths, which may be an homage.
