Subject Patient: Code Name - "Siren Plea" / Patient 011 Summary Description: "Siren Plea" is an entity of haunting beauty and eerie allure within the psychiatric hospital. Her form is a fusion of a female human head and a lower body comprised of large, enigmatic tentacles. The expression etched upon her human face is one of profound loss and desperate plea, invoking a sense of melancholy and longing in those who encounter her. Communication attempts with "Siren Plea" have proven futile, as verbal exchanges are met with silence. However, hospital staff and doctors report hearing a faint, ethereal singing emanating from her presence, adding to the mystique surrounding her.

Lovecraft and his most famous character Cthulhu. I know this probably shouldn't look like a human skull, but I guess there's nothing like a skull to symbolize death. Anyway, hope you Lovecraftian freaks like this one :)

Mermaids appear in British folklore as unlucky omens, both foretelling disaster and provoking it. That is why I tried to show my mermaid as beautiful, but dark and dangerous looking, she has tentacles for hair and horns. I imagined her being very connected to the Moon...
