Shot in the heavily industrial West-Midland of England in what was at one time rightly called the "Black Country". Specifically Dudley. The industry has mostly gone, but the name remains. The advertising hording rum "Distilled in Hell" seemed to go well with the black clouds and the whole scene on the edge of the Wolverhampton to Birmingham canal.
