Description: One day while I was driving down the road with my brother in law, we saw a snapping turtle trying to cross the road. It had almost been hit a handful of times so we pulled over to rescue it. It was challenging trying to move it without getting snapped at but we were successful and got the turtle to the other side with the help of another driver passing by. We felt like super heroes and I had to make this design to honor our good deed! ;D Turtle symbolism encompasses Mother Earth and our connection to her. Many different tales speak of the giant turtle carrying the entire world on it’s back. Some portray the turtle carrying the tree of life. Turtle is Earth, the mother of all life and the protector of the universe.
Description: The flower of life represents the unity of everything in the universe. We are all connected. White animals represent purity and a connection to the spiritual realm. Keep this totem close when you need to cleanse your soul. This piece was created using colored pencils and micron pens.
