La Cueva de Isabel Arias, Canjayar Kids T-Shirt

There are many cave houses in the villages of La Alpujarra Almeriense. From the outside they can be mistaken for traditional village houses but the facades align with the hill and the chimneys protrude through the hill above. Inside the houses are comfortable because they are cool in summer and warm in winter. I thought this pretty cave, in the main street near the entrance to Canjayar, would make a good subject for a watercolour.
