Coming Home Kids T-Shirt

After having some success and many favourable comments on a previous Lighthouse image, "Safe Passage", I decided to look back into other shots I had taken on the same stormy day at Perch Rock on The River Mersey. I found this shot, removed some dockyards from the background and replaced them with a stormy sky. Then I added some textures and layers of mist and inserted the ship from another image taken on the same day. I didn't touch the waves, they were actually battering the lighthouse. I also lit up the lighthouse and added the beam of light. All in all, there are about 20 layers including textures and an Orton layer, all blended in Topaz and Nik Efex in CS6.
