Alien is a 1979 science-fiction horror film directed by Ridley Scott and written by Dan O'Bannon. Based on a story by O'Bannon and Ronald Shusett, it follows the crew of the commercial space tug Nostromo, who encounter the eponymous Alien, a deadly and aggressive extraterrestrial set loose on the ship. The film stars Tom Skerritt, Sigourney Weaver, Veronica Cartwright, Harry Dean Stanton, John Hurt, Ian Holm, and Yaphet Kotto. It was produced by Gordon Carroll, David Giler, and Walter Hill through their company Brandywine Productions, and was distributed by 20th Century Fox. The Alien and its accompanying artifacts were designed by the Swiss artist H. R. Giger, while concept artists Ron Cobb and Chris Foss designed the more human settings.

Combining the tail of the Xenomorph cradling the Juggernaut, encompassing the skeletal structure of an android and rising above its centre a star. The series will be written and illustrated by Devan Gill, a professional graphic artist and ardent Alien fan. The first issue will be released on next year’s Alien Day, which takes place on April 26. All 13 issues will be available for free in digital format.

The USCSS Nostromo, registration number 1809246(09),[2] was a modified Lockmart CM-88B Bison M-Class starfreighter captained by Arthur Dallas, registered to the Weyland-Yutani Corporation out of Panama.[1] The Nostromo operated as a tug, connecting to and pulling loads like a tractor truck rather than carrying those loads on board like a traditional freighter. The ship was destroyed in 2122 when its reactor was set to self destruct by Warrant Officer Ellen Ripley in an attempt to kill the lone Xenomorph that was loose aboard the vessel. The ship and its cargo were completely destroyed in the resulting explosion.

Netflix's 1899 ends by expanding its mystery of the Prometheus to a Prometheus spaceship, one that is set in the year 2099. What begins as a voyage to the United States turns into a bleak battle for survival when the passengers of the Kerberos discover the sea ship Prometheus in the middle of the ocean, with only one passenger on board. The surviving passenger, a boy named Elliot, proves to be an enigma when the passengers of the Kerberos start dropping dead after his arrival.

The USCSS Covenant was a colony spacecraft designed and manufactured by Weyland-Yutani to transport 2,000 colonists, 1,140 second-generation embryos, and its crew of 15, across vast interstellar distances to the planet Origae-6. The Covenant was equipped with MU-TH-UR, an artificial intelligence computer mainframe referred to simply as "Mother". In the early 22nd century, it went into orbit around a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovering what the crew thought to be an "uncharted paradise", but was actually a "dark, dangerous" world, whose sole inhabitant was the Synthetic David 8, from the USCSS Prometheus.
