Bertrand du Guesclin is considered as the best of the knights in service of France during Hundred Years' War and maybe during whole middle ages. Known as the “The Eagle of Brittany” and “The Black Dog of Brocéliande” Bertrand du Guesclin proved time after time his skill as a warrior and leader. His life of adventures started when he was 18 and run away – despite his father's bans – to a tournament in Rennes, where he borrowed armor and defeated twelve knights. His exploits – like fighting with twenty comrades against two thousand enemies – became legendary. Rightly so.
