Western Red Tailed Hawk Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Right place at the right time for this one, I think. What you unfortunately cannot see in this picture is just how close to the Golden Gate Bridge this Western Red tailed Hawk actually was. I was just about to walk under the bridge when I saw it out of the corner of my eye, seemingly just hanging there. I'm told by the San Francisco Bird Observatory that this is a youngster in it's second year, which apparently you can tell by the colour of its eyes.
