Hopper' s letter to Eleven was very heartbreaking. The one word from his speech sums up Hop's love for El is, "Feelings", which ironically contains the letters "el" and is sadly smudged by El' s tears. His letter is folded into an origami heart, which El probably would carry in her shirt pocket close to her heart. Hence, heart to heart.
