Magna Carta Long Sleeve T-Shirts

This is an image of the ceiling of Salisbury Cathedral, taken from a viewpoint beneath the great spire. What a place; enormous in scale and divine in its decoration. This is a place that was built during the 13th century, so that's about 750–800 years ago. I must admit that I really enjoy photographing old cathedrals; they have a majesty that is quite sublime. What gets me is the depth of faith that the people who toiled to build such a place must have had. Many would have probably worked on such a place all their working lives. A couple of interesting facts about the cathedral, because I've seem them, are one of the four remaining copies of the Magna Carta and the world's oldest working clock. From Tammy Meets Willim Tell ( The Wurtherington Diary book 5) Art by Duy Truong. A gentle breeze blew from the west. It would not last long as angry clouds were billowing over the mountain peaks. William Tell took careful aim.... He tested the air once again and then focused upon the apple. He released the latch and the arrow sailed across the square and split the apple in half. Walter picked up the two halves and ran into the arms of his father. The villagers embraced one another and cheered as their prayers had been answered.

Lincoln Cathedral, is a Grade I listed cathedral and is the seat of the Anglican Bishop of Lincoln. The cobbled area to the west is called Castle Square.

Date: November 4th, 1214 Place; Bury St. Edmunds Church, England The event: Baron Robert Fitzwalter (AKA Robin Hood) met 25 Barons to make up a list of demands on the cruel King John. It would be nearly a year of war until these demands were met and became known as the Magna Carta, considered by historians to be the most important document in history. The Declaration of Independence and many free world nations follow the laws contained in this document.... Dear Diary, This was an amazing day for The Army of God and the Holy Church. We marched into London with great fanfare. Virtually everyone lined the streets and greeted us as the victors of hope and change. As we anticipated, not a single sword was raised against us. We marched through the grand city as victors and then camped the army on the edge of town. Robin and his Baron generals stood upon the gallows and addressed the throng of humanity. Robin said, "A good day to ye! We thank ye for gi'ing us the greatest prize I could hath e'er imagined! Our army will make London our headquarters and I can tell ye that I smell victory in the air. I hath learned today that the sword 'tis naught the way to bring King John to the peace table....

The Astro Baron Number of views as of 16th April 2018 = 480. The Astro Baron is one of 25 life-sized barons, which were placed around the city of Salisbury (Wiltshire, England) during the summer of 2015 by the Trussell Trust to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta. This baron, decorated by artist Jenny Leonard, has a space travel theme and is pictured outside Salisbury Museum. The Magna Carta is a charter agreed by King John of England at Runnymede, near Windsor, on 15th June 1215.
