They’re called Siouxsie and Hagen (see what I did there? ;) ). They are brother and sister who were murdered by very naughty neighborhood kids on one rainy Halloween night. Since then, they roam the Earth every Halloween as restless spirits and scratch naughty children who misbehave! Other nights of the year they haunt houses of the awful people who harmed them, waiting to one day take revenge on their offspring! Those horrible people all swear they can hear scratching in their attics and basements…
