In times of epidemics, these physicians were specifically hired by towns where the plague had taken hold. Since the city was paying their salary, they treated everyone: both the wealthy and the poor.

Description: Based on the awesome artwork of Pocket/Gem Fighter (which I believe was done by Capcom artist Shima Maeda) this reimagining switches out the Street Fighter characters with Final Fantasy 7 characters. I drew this to celebrate the 27th anniversary of the game and the soon to be released Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth. Enjoy!
