Pavlova Magnets

Description: Half dessert shop, half museum, and entirely unequipped to stop visitors licking the exhibits. Mentone Meringue Museum isn’t a real business, but its dapper curator takes pavlova preservation extremely seriously. Perfect for dessert historians, Melbourne suburb enthusiasts and anyone who believes a crisp shell with a marshmallow centre deserves its own velvet rope. Cool fact: Meringue is generally made in three classic styles: French, Swiss and Italian Depending on how the sugar and egg whites are combined and heated.
