Ren Magritte Magnets

Description: Design inspired by the painting "The Lovers" by René Magritte.

Description: The Lovers — Batman and Wonder Woman reimagined through the mysterious world of René Magritte’s surrealist masterpiece. Inspired by Magritte’s iconic The Lovers, this artwork brings two legendary superheroes together in a surreal kiss, playing with the mystery of hidden identities, love, and the idea of truly knowing another person. A surreal pop culture artwork for fans of Batman, Wonder Woman, superhero art, René Magritte, surrealism, art history, and unexpected combinations of classic art and modern mythology.

Description: I love René Magritte’s iconic surreal paintings and thought I would combine my versions of his imagery into a new pattern. I’ve always loved bowler hats too! Quintessentially British, but made iconic by a brilliant Belgian or two!
