Rides Magnets
Description: A wild psychedelic nightmare erupts in a crowded carnival scene as a woman recoils from a grinning skeleton in glasses while another bony passenger reaches across the ride. Shocked spectators, flamboyant singers, bright balloons, tropical foliage and looming skulls crowd the chaos. Explosive red and yellow lettering shouts “I Must Be Freaking Out!” and “Somebody Call the Police!” with saturated comic inks, bold outlines and outrageous retro horror humor.
Description: Vintage World of Sid and Marty Krofft tee! A whimsical Atlanta, Georgia indoor amusement park that opened in May 1976 inside the Omni International Complex, now part of the CNN Center. Created by television producers Sid and Marty Krofft, the colorful, multi-level attraction brought their beloved characters from shows like H.R. Pufnstuf and Lidsville to life through imaginative rides, puppet theaters, and fantastical displays. Despite its ambitious design, low attendance and operating difficulties led to its closure in November 1976, after just six months. A retro tribute to one of the most unusual experiments in 1970s theme park history.
